• Charges on your card will always come from the travel vendor selected for your vacation, not directly from Mystical Memories Vacations. If multiple vendors are involved, you may see separate charges for a single booking, reflecting our commitment to securing the best value for your vacation.

• Your authorization is required for each payment, ensuring the security of your information. While we offer the convenience of securely storing your details for future transactions, we prioritize your security by not storing sensitive information. This means you'll need to confirm payment details with each transaction.

• For added security, payment information may be provided over the phone, but all payments require the submission of a form confirming essential details, payment amount, and authorization.

• Deposits or initial payments using any payment method require providing a name, address, and phone number associated with the payment method to facilitate secure transactions.

 

Rest assured, your security and peace of mind are our top priorities as we facilitate your travel plans. If you request the card be kept on file for payments, please note it will be removed from your account once your travel is completed. New vacation bookings will require you to submit a payment method again at that time.
